Lock CS1 on Cayuga Lake

Lock CS1 allows for boats to travel from the Cayuga-Seneca Canal to Cayuga Lake and Seneca Lake. The Cayuga-Seneca Canal connects the two largest of the Finger Lakes in New York State to the Erie Canal and runs through Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge, a 9,800-acre wetland complex.
